Matthew Evin Taylor, 36, of Sumiton, Alabama passed away on November 6, 2025, in Sumiton, Alabama.
He was born on April 6, 1989, in Santa Ana California, and was the son of David Taylor and Blanca Freeman.
He was a business owner of Taylor Moving Company.
Surviving are his Wife, Alisha Taylor; Daughter, Chloe Taylor; Son, Benjamin Taylor; Father, David Taylor; Mother, Blanca Freeman (Charles); Brothers, Jeremy (Skyler) Taylor and David (Whitney) Taylor; Niece, Olivia Taylor; Nephew, Elijah Taylor; Niece, Lexi Taylor; Grandmother, Blanca Medellin and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his Grandfather, Efren Medellin; Grandfather, Norman Taylor; Grandmother, Edith Taylor.
Friends and Family will be received on Friday, November 14, 2025, from 5:00 P.M to 7:00 P.M at Martin Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Paul Clark officiating.
Services will be held for friends and family on November 15, 2025, at 11:00 A.M at Martin Funeral Home in the Chapel.
Following the service, there will be a time of gathering for anyone who wishes to join and continue to celebrate Matt’s life. There will be food, laughter, music, and a bonfire. Please join us! 530 County Road 489 Verbena, Alabama 36091
