Mattie Kauffeld Obituary
Mrs. Kauffeld was born in Frankfort on August 15, 1951, to the late Byrl Lee Manley Sr. and Katherine "Kitty" Joyce Higgins Willham. She worked at Walmart as a sales clerk. Mrs. Kauffeld was a very family-oriented woman, who loved her family dearly. She also loved birds and flowers.
She is survived by her children, Charles Spencer, Jr. (Melissa) of Lawrenceburg, Kenneth Spencer of Frankfort, Bryan Kauffeld of Alabama, and Jennifer Goddard (Mike) of Alabama; siblings, Ruth Ann Hazlett of Owenton, Burl Manley Jr (Brenda) of Frankfort, and Michael Manley of New Mexico. She was blessed wit seven grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert James "Bob" Kauffeld; and brothers, Jimmy Manley, Joe Manley, and Danny Manley.
Arrangements are under the direction of Harrod Brothers Funeral Home & Crematory.
