Surviving are her Son, Jimmy (Becky) Hayes; Son, Hal (Dordie) Hayes; Granddaughter, Hollie (Jay) Chestnut; Grandson, Todd (Tasha) Hayes; Great-Granddaughter, Lexi Kate Hayes; Great-Grandson, Hudson Hayes; Great-Granddaughter, Emma Chestnut; Great-Granddaughter, Sophie Chestnut.
She was preceded in death by her Father, Lee Smith; Mother, Minnie Smith; Husband, Thomas Hayes; Son, Joe Hayes; Grandson, Adam Hayes.
There will be a private family graveside service.
Martin Funeral Home directing.
