Baptist Church with Bro. Kelly Coleman and Bro Robert Warren officiating.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 19, 2025, at Cox Funeral Home at 724 Broadway, in Delhi from 5:00 PM until 7:00PM.
Interment will be in the Delhi Masonic Cemetery under the direction of Cox Funeral Home in Delhi, LA.
Pallbearers will be Tyler Starks, Adam Starks, Mike Starks, Stevie Starks, John Starks and Ryan Starks,
Honorable Pallbearer will be Ronnie Powell.
Marree was born in the community of Old Floyd in West Carroll Parish.
He is preceded in death by his parents; John Cecil Starks and Ozie Morrow Starks, a son Mark Starks and two siblings, J. C. Starks and Lee Wayne Starks.
Marree is survived by a son Shane Starks and wife Paula and a daughter Felicia, grandchildren Tyler Starks and wife Skyler,
Ryan Starks and wife Chelsea, AnnaGrace Connerly and husband Logan, Alizabeth Guillot and husband Matt, Addison Starks, Adam Starks, Tiffany Williams and husband Shawn, Rayna Catalanotto and husband Casey, Landyn Anders and Brandon Starks and several great grandchildren.
