Maureen "Cross" Bennett passed on January 26, 2026 from medical complications subsequent to a fall.
Maureen was the daughter of Dr. Harold and Loretta Cross of Grosse Pointe Shores. She is survived by her two children, Brian and Kimberly, her sister Kathy Schroeder and family, brother Kevin and family and the family of her deceased sister Eilleen.
A funeral mass will be held at St. Valentine's Church in Redford on Tuesday, February 3rd at 11 am.
