**Obituary for Maureen "Mo" Lucente (Edelmann)** Maureen "Mo" Lucente, a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully on March 14, 2026, in Melbourne, Florida, at the age of 81. Born on May 16, 1944, in Queens, New York, Mo brought joy and love into the lives of all who knew her. Mo was the proud mother to her three sons and three daughters, Timothy, Victor, Mandy, Mary, Debbie, and Daniel, and cherished her daughters-in-law Kristine and Jola. And her son-in law Ron. Her family grew with the addition of her grandchildren: Michael, Victoria, Vincent Jr., Sean, Emily, Kaitlynn, and Danielle, as well as her grandson Aiden. Each of them held a special place in her heart that only a grandmother could provide. Throughout her life, Mo was known for her kindness, loyalty, and generosity. She found joy in the simple pleasures of life, such as sitting outside basking in the sun, watching squirrels play, and sharing a laugh over a silly joke. Her caring nature shone through in everything she did, always looking out for others and calling everyone lovingly "Baby." A celebration of Mo's life will take place at Canaveral National Cemetery on March 26th, 2026, at 12:30 AM. As we remember her spirit and the warmth she brought into our lives, we invite all who knew her to join in honoring her legacy. Mo will truly be missed, but her love and kindness will continue to live on in the hearts of her family and friends.
