Maureen J. Stolarski

Maureen J. Stolarski, nee Ladanyi, passed away peacefully on Friday, April 21, 2023 at the age of 87. She is now reunited with many loved ones, especially her husband Walter ("Buster").
She is survived by her children: Walter (Kate), Karen (Don), and Lynda (Bryan); grandchildren: Megan (Nick), Laura (Carmine), Lisa, James, Kaitlin (Anthony), Rachel, and Emily (Ryan); great granddaughters: Jacklynn and Scarlett.
Maureen was a beloved member of her community. She retired from the Patchogue Medford School District. Maureen was very active in her church as a lector and was a member of the Rosary Altar Society at St. Patrick R.C. Church in Smithtown, New York. She was known for her love of animals, namely horses. Maureen enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Whether it was camping at Cayuga Lake or a simple dinner at home, she was happy as long as everyone was together. She will be missed greatly but will forever be in the hearts of her family and friends.
Visitation will be 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM Tuesday, April 25, 2023 at Selover Funeral Home, 555 Georges Road, North Brunswick with a funeral service to be held at 6:30 PM. Private cremation will follow.
