Maureen E. Sullivan

Maureen Ellen Sullivan was born on November 23rd, 1934, in Buffalo, New York. They moved to Phoenix in 1968. She passed peacefully on February 4th, 2026. She is preceded in death by her husband, William, her parents Martin & Marion Murphy, brother Tim and son in law Bill Horner. She is survived by her two beloved children, William Sullivan and Lynn Horner-Mack (Johnny); her grandchildren, William Horner (Laura), Andrea Maroney (James), Jeffrey Horner and Brendan Sullivan and her great granddaughters, Daphne and Kaia Maroney.

Maureen was a beautiful, vibrant, and warm hearted woman who shared her light generously with everyone she met. Those fortunate enough to know her understood how deeply she loved her family. Her quick wit and joyful sense of humor could brighten any room. Her hobbies included bowling and a love for mystery novels & Jeopardy.

A viewing will be held on February 27th, at 9:15am, with a Funeral Mass following at 10am at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, 19002 N. 128th Ave., Sun City West, AZ 85375. Following services, Maureen will be taken to Sunland Cemetery to be placed in her final resting place.
