Maurice Dewitt

Maurice Dewitt passed away January 27th 2023 At majestic care. He was born may 7th 1943 in Shereveport, Louisiana to the late Charlie Lucille Dewitt and Walter Webb,also sister Tramel Webb(deceased). On January 28th he married the love of his life Mary Ethridge, who passed September 20 1969.
He's survived by his only son George Fox and daughter in law Stephanie Vann-Fox. Also special nephew Joseph Kennedy,and special nieces Leilani Webb,and Dishawna Webb. He's also survived numerous great nieces and nephews. Maurice spent majority of his life in New York, Where he enjoyed playing Santa Claus at Rockefeller center. He also enjoyed Dj,with life long friend Sheldon Kagan. If you asked Maurice what he did in life,he would say he went wherever the grass was greener. Maurice was also a lover of the great outdoors,which in included bird watching and trains. Rip polar Bear noir!! Memorial services will take place at a later date.
