Ms. Steve, 78, passed away on Thursday, December 11, 2025 at her home.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Finis "Tennie" Tubby and Vanida Bernadine Isaac Tubby; daughters, Loranna Davis and Felecia Isaac; brothers, Gary Lewis and Horace Lewis, Jr.
Survivors include daughters, Kristie Shoemake, Sylvia John, Maria Davis; sons, Terry Steve, Benjamin Davis; sisters, Nancy Denson, Sandra Morris, Zula Jim, Sally Wesley; brothers, Larry Lewis, Howard Lewis, Fredrick Lewis; 15 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers are Sam Comby, Roland Billy, Mark Tubby, Joe Tubby, Stanley Tubby, Sr. and Stanley Tubby, Jr.
