Max Lee Paschal, 91, of Pendleton passed away on Sunday April 13, 2025 at his home. He was born on January 12, 1934, in Madison County to the late George W. and Vica May (Sheets) Paschal.

Max spent 4 years serving in the United States Air force where he worked as an aircraft mechanic. He enjoyed flying especially model planes. Max loved to mow his lawn and gardening, he canned various vegetables such as beets, tomatoes, and green beans. Max often enjoyed traveling to Kentucky.

Max most of all loved God, church and his family. He enjoyed spending time with his children and loved to participate in boy scouts with his sons. Max often spent time on Ancestry.com trying to find more information about his family’s history. He loved cookouts with his family and he was known for being very good at cooking. Max enjoyed craft shows and going to the Covered Bridge Festival.

Max is survived by his lovely wife of 63 years, Linda Paschal; sons, George (Tami) Paschal and Kenneth (Anita) Paschal; grandchildren, Corey Paschal, Blake Paschal, Ryna Paschal and four great grandchildren.

In addition to his parents Max preceded in death by a granddaughter, Tabitha Paschal.

Services will be held on Tuesday April 22, 2025, at 1:00 pm at Ballard and Sons Funeral Home in Daleville. Visitation will be from 11:00 am until the time of the service. Burial will follow in Saunders Cemetery with Pastor Shaun DuFault officiating.
