Max Yerian Obituary
The services celebrating and honoring the life of Max Yerian 76, of Enid, will be held 11:00 A.M. Wednesday March 5, 2025, in the Brown-Cummings Chapel with pastor Ron Olsen officiating. Services are under the direction of Brown-Cummings, a life celebration home.
Max was born November 17, 1948 to Paul and Velma Williamson Yerian in Enid, Oklahoma and passed from this life February 26, 2025 in Enid, Oklahoma.
He was raised and educated in Enid graduating from Medford High School with the class of 1968. He enlisted in the United States Army serving in the Special Forces in the Vietnam War. He married Linda Yerian in June of 1970, and from this union came two sons, Brian and Kelly. He worked as a Mechanic for many years and as an Insurance agent for Bankers Life and Casualty until his retirement. He enjoyed fishing, traveling and most of all spending time with his family.
He is survived by two sons, Brian Yerian, of Oklahoma City and Kelly Yerian, of Tulsa; grandchildren, Hopelyn and her husband Seth Handley, Lorac Yerian, and Mia Yerian; and two great grandsons, Carson and Conner Handley, and one one sister Connie.
He was preceded in death by his wife Linda Yerian and his parents Paul and Velma Yerian
