Maximillian Luz Hernandez passed away suddenly at the age of 23 in the neighborhood of Brighton Park in Chicago, Illinois on June 04, 2025 Maximillian was the beloved son of Alma Catalina Flores and Eduardo Luz Hernandez. He was a cherished brother to Adam Hernandez and Catalina Hernandez, and a proud uncle to Xochitl Hernandez. He was the loving grandson of Adolfo Flores and the late Bertha Flores (nee Zapata). Maximillian was a dear nephew to Betty, Adriana, Adolfo, and Eduardo Flores as well as Juanita, Lilia, Jasmine, Fatima and Ernesto Hernandez. Maximillian was known for his vibrant personality and generous heart. He had a passion for singing dancing and fishing. The life of every party, he brought joy and laughter wherever he went. His playful spirit and witty sense of humor made him unforgettable to those who knew him.
Above all, Maximillian had a deep and caring soul. He was the kind of person who would go out of his way to help others, often performing anonymous acts of kindness. Sensitive and emotional, he wore his heart on his sleeve and made others feel seen and valued. Max will be missed dearly, please keep the family in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
VISITATION Wednesday June 11, 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Marin Funeral Home, (2744 W 51st Street, Chicago, IL)
FUNERAL MASS Friends and Family to meet at St. Michael the Archangel Church on Thursday June 12, 2025 for a 10:30 AM mass (4821 S Damen Ave, Chicago, IL) followed by a cremation
