Maximina Gonzalez-Feliciano Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Ciavarelli Family Funeral Home and Crematory - Ambler on Dec. 3, 2025.
It is with heavy hearts and cherished memories that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, grandmother, and great grandmother Maximina Gonzalez-Feliciano, who left us peacefully on November 9th at the age of 85. She was the heart and soul of the family - a devoted homemaker whose love and care created a home filled with warmth, laughter, comfort and adventures.
Born on August 27th, 1940 in Ponce, Puerto Rico, Maximina dedicated her life to caring for her loved ones and her cherished pets and being one with God. Her kitchen was a place of magic, where recipes were seasoned with love and spice. Beyond her role as a homemaker, she embraced life with curiosity and joy, finding happiness in her favorite hobbies - whether it was crocheting beautiful blankets, eating her favorite coconut candy, or sharing childhood stories.
Maximina will be remembered for her fiery spirit, her unwavering generosity, and the way she doted on her grandchildren to make them feel special. Her laughter was a melody that brightened our days, and her wisdom will continue to guide us.
She was preceded in death by her husband Pedro, several siblings, and her daughter Rosalina Gonzalez Futch. Maximina is survived by her two daughters, Linda Maria Gonzalez Langley and Angela Gonzalez, her grandchildren Vicki Schmidt, Jasmine Futch and Mark Futch Jr., and her great grandchildren Evan, Austin and Maelyse who will forever hold her in their hearts.
A Memorial service to honor Maximina's life will be held at a future date. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Kitty Cottage Adoption Center in Norristown, PA https://www.kittycottage.org/.
