Maximo Escamilla-Sosa Obituary
Maximo Escamilla-Sosa passed away on October 27, 2025 at the age of 89.
Maximo was born on June 3, 1936 to his parents Lauriano Escamilla and Rosa Sosa. He was a native of Apopa, San Salvador, El Salvador and married the love of his life, Aracely Sosa de Escamilla. He was dedicated to agriculture and transportation businesses despite having completed his education up to 6th grade in El Salvador.
He is survived by his loving wife Aracely Sosa de Escamilla; his children Jose Cruz Escamilla, Salvador Escamilla, Rosa Escamilla, Ana D. Escamilla, Edwin Escamilla, Jose David Escamilla; and his siblings Lolita Escamilla and Antonio Diaz; and his 16 grandchildren as well as 19 great-grandchildren.

Máximo nació el 3 de junio del 1936 a sus padres Lauriano Escamilla y Rosa Sosa. Él era nativo de Apopa, San Salvador, El Salvador y estaba casado con el amor de su vida, Aracely Sosa de Escamilla. Máximo era una persona dedicada a la agricultura y negocios de transporte a pesar de haber completado su educación hasta el curso de sexto grado.
A Máximo lo sobrevive su amada esposa Aracely Sosa de Escamilla; sus hijos Jose Cruz Escamilla, Salvador Escamilla, Rosa Escamilla, Ana D. Escamilla, Edwin Escamilla y Jose David Escamilla; su hermano Antonio Diaz y hermana Lolita Escamilla; sus 16 nietos y 19 bisnietos.
