Maxine F. Rust, age 91, peacefully passed away on January 11, 2024. She was born in Baltimore, Maryland to the late Herman Hall and the late Frances Reese. Maxine is the beloved wife of the late Edwin Rust, Sr.; loving mother of Edwin Rust, Jr., Dwight Rust, Sr., and Norman Rust; cherished grandmother of 7 grandchildren; dear great-grandmother of 15 great grandchildren; caring great-great grandmother of 3 great-great grandchildren.
Family and friends may gather at Ambrose Funeral Home, 1328 Sulphur Spring Rd., Halethorpe, MD 21227 for a public visitation on Tuesday, January 16 from 6:00-8:00pm. A Funeral Service will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday, January 17 at 10:00am. Interment will immediately follow at Poplar Springs UMC Cemetery in Mount Airy, MD. If you're wishing to make a donation, the family would like donations be made in Maxine's name to the Baltimore Rescue Mission.
