Melanie Lee Hada, 46, of Milford, Michigan passed away unexpectedly on Monday, August 14, 2023.
A true loving and caring woman, Melanie was a devoted wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend of many.
Melanie was born Melanie Nason, in Garden City, Michigan on December 1, 1976. She was raised in Dearborn Heights, Michigan and had been living in Milford with her family for the past four years. She absolutely loved Milford.
Growing up she was a good kid, very smart, got good grades, and was truly a caring person. It was on June 8, 2013 that she married the love of her life, Jeffrey Hada, and started a family. She was the proud mother of two beautiful children, Evan and Lucy. She was an amazing mother and loved her children with all her heart. Melanie was working on her Associates Degree and was planning on attending nursing school in the fall, all while being a mother running a busy home. Her dedication and commitment to excellence in all she did, shined through with her 4.0 grade point average. She will always be remembered as a kind soul, dedicated to her family, and was well loved by all who crossed her path. She will be greatly missed.
Beloved wife of Jeffery for over 10 years. Loving mother of Evan and Lucy. Dear daughter of Dianne Therrien (Eugene) and Al Nason (Renee). Devoted sister of Laura Nason, Victoria Baggett (Jeremy), Nicole Adams (John), and Brittney Androsian (Brian). Step sister of Jacqueline (Jon) Rice, Jeremy Therrien and Gene Therrien. Melanie was also a beloved aunt, cousin, and niece to many others.
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 21, 2023 from 10:00am-2:00pm at Lynch & Sons Funeral Home 404 E. Liberty St. Milford, MI 48381.

Oh my god! She was my regular at Applebees. I watched her growing Lucy. I adored Evan James. I’m in total shock right now. We lost touch over the last few years but through about her often. Oh my god please be with her children. She loved them so much. And Jeff. She often spoke highly of him. I’m so sorry.

I am so sorry! I loved working with Melanie. Her spunk and loving nature are legendary, and her quick and critical thinking during total chaos in dispatch is something that I will always admire. I'm praying for your comfort.

Melanie was a dispatcher when I worked at the police department. I always enjoyed talking with her and she always had a big smile on her face. I am so sorry to hear about her passing. Sending prayers to her whole family.
