Melba was born March 4, 1942 in Oil City, Louisiana and passed away June 1, 2025 in Livingston, Texas. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ray Samuel Fleener and Melvene Mason Fleener; husband, Zvi Dagan; sisters, Nancy Fulgium and Billie Shoffner; and son, Mark Picker.
She is survived by her daughter Kimberly Picker of Florida; stepsons, Roy Dagan and Asaf Dagan; grandsons, Timothy Picker, Robert Picker, Jonathan Picker, Mason Goodman, and Joshua Goodman; and 6 great grandchildren; as well as numerous other relatives and friends.
