Melinda "Penny" Gale Livingston, age 66, passed away on Saturday, August 2, 2025, in Baltimore, Maryland. Born in Baltimore, she was the daughter of the late Elmer McCauley and Dorothy Smith.
Penny was also known as "Nene" to many. One of her favorite things to do was sit on the back deck and watch the farm animals. She loved her grand babies and her family. Many Casino trips were had and most of them went into the wee hours of the morning. Bingo, flea markets, and yard sales were a few of the activities she loved to partake in. She loved her favorite holiday, Christmas.
She is survived by her daughter, Mary Clark, and her wife Cindy. She is also survived by a stepdaughter, Alisha Kyte, and her husband, Christian, a brother, Richard Smith, three sisters, Jodi Smith, Patricia Jones, and Rita Smith, and three grandchildren, Raelynn Clark, Keegan Kyte, and Phoebe Kyte.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, Edgar Livingston.
Cremation followed her death. At Penny's request, no formal services are planned. Letters of condolence can be sent to the family via www.burbagefuneralhome.com.
