Melinda Souza Obituary

Melinda was born in Providence, RI, the daughter of the late Judith and Frederick. She was a lifelong resident of Pawtucket and a 1976 graduate of Wm. E. Tolman High School.
Melinda spent her career as a dental assistant and had worked for various dentists.
Melinda is survived by her sister Deborah and her husband Jerry, brother Brian and Carol, brother David, and nephew and godson Eric and wife Patricia. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins (many of whom she babysat) and longtime childhood friend Laurie.
All services will be held privately at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy in Melinda's name may be made by sending a check or money order to the Glioblastoma Foundation, P.O. Box 62066, Durham, NC 27715 or by visiting www.glioblastomafoundation.org.
