Melissa Sue Constantine, age 57 of Dayton, passed away Wednesday, December 15, 2025 at Miami Valley Hospital. She was born September 24, 1968 in Dayton, Ohio the daughter of Melvin and Jean Mills.

She is preceded in death by her father, Melvin Mills Sr.; grandparents, Forester and Bertha Wilson and Okey S. Mills; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. She is also preceded in death by her precious dogs, Bengals, Cookie, Jakey, Bear Bear and BB.

Melissa was the loyal Program Director for Dayton Access TV (DATV) for 42 years. In her free time, she enjoyed cooking, shopping and working craft shows with her mother. She was an avid fan of the Cleveland Browns Football Team and Rick Springfield's #1 fan as well as the country band, Alabama. Most important to her was her family; she enjoyed spending time with them and traveling with them.

Melissa is survived by her husband, Jonathan; mother, Jean Mills; brother, Mel Mills Jr.; nieces, Liz, Brooke and Josie; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. She is also survived by her beloved four legged children, Anna, Allie and Shaggy.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Crohns & Colitis Foundation in Melissa's honor.

A Visitation will be Saturday, December 27, 2025 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am with a service at 11:00 am at Newcomer Funeral Home (3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek, Ohio 45432). Melissa will be laid to rest at Bellbrook Cemetery following the service.
