Sherry Ellen Clevenger

Sherry was born in Dayton, OH but grew up in Beavercreek, OH where she graduated from Beavercreek High School. She later graduated from Morehead State University in Morehead, KY. where she earned her bachelors degree in social work. Sherry worked as a social worker for several years. She resided in Ulysses, KY. Sherry is survived by one daughter, Torri (Andrew) Dee Clevenger-Helton, two grandchildren, Caroline Rose Helton and Chase Andrew-Roy Helton of Paintsville, KY and her ex-husband Scott Clevenger of Harrodsburg, KY. who was by her side these past few months and helped take care of her in her final days. She is also survived by one sister, Donna (Bill) Jean Ross of Beavercreek, OH. and one brother, Paul Edward Price of Berea, KY. one niece, Christina (Nate) Reed of Kettering, OH, two nephews-Paul (Kristina) Ross of Xenia, OH and Anthony (Kalena) Price of Berea, KY and several great nephews. She also leaves behind her two cats, Leo and Zeus who she absolutely loved.

Sherry is preceded in death by both her parents: Paul Gene Price and Emily Hale Price and one brother Geoffrey Thomas Price.

Sherry was a huge fan of NASCAR, Tom Petty and Bob Seger and loved going to concerts with her sister. Sherry's grandchildren were the light of her life and she cherished every moment with them.

Friends may visit the family on Friday January 2nd from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at the Wilson Funeral Home.
