She is survived by her children, Jimmy Stepp of Booneville, Amanda Stepp of McKee and Tiffany Seale of Booneville. She was blessed with the following grandchildren, Raelynn Stepp, Miley Stepp, Nova Burkhart, Chevelle Burkhart and Madelyn Seale
In addition to her parents Melissa was preceded in death by her husband Ronald Stepp, a son Justin Otis. As well as her sister Crystal Fultz.
