Melody Boysel Obituary
Melody Anne Boysel, 73, of Bellefontaine, passed away on Sunday, April 27, 2025, surrounded by her family. She was born in Bellefontaine, Ohio on August 27, 1951, to the late Paul E. Boysel Sr. and Vivian L. (Knox) Boysel. She is also preceded in death by her siblings: Shelby Sheeley, Jerry Stegal, Paula Green, Don Boysel, and Paul E. Boysel Jr.
She leaves behind her children: Toby Burk, Ralph Burk, and Stephanie Burk; 10 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; siblings: Arthur Boysel, Marsha Stover, Penny Daniels, James Boysel, Vicky Baker, Diane Bailey, Bonnie Horsley, and Don “Tuck” Boysel; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Melody’s favorite times were spent fishing and spending time with her family. She will be deeply missed.
Ward Cartwright will officiate a funeral service at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, May 2, 2025, at the Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 321 N. Main Street, Bellefontaine. Visitation will be one hour prior from 11:00 to 12:00 at the funeral home. Burial will follow the service in Fairview Cemetery, West Liberty.
