Melody Garner Obituary
Melody was born in York, PA on August 28, 1980 and was the daughter of Thomas Shue and Lizbeth (Kapp) Horner and her husband Robert Horner. She enjoyed reading, writing, watching World War II documentaries and baking, especially apple pie and cheesecake.
In addition to her husband Scott, Melody is survived by her mother Lizbeth Horner and her husband Robert; her father Thomas Shue; and her children Scott T. Garner and Grace N. Garner. She is also survived by her sisters Jaimee Wallerius and her husband Mark, and Jessica Shue and her husband Andrew Keppel; and many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service in celebration of Melody's life will be held on Saturday, February 5, 2022 at 11:00AM at Friendship Community Church, 3380 Fox Run Rd, Dover, PA 17315. The family services are being held under the direction of Beck Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Inc., of Spring Grove.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Melody's memory may be made to the York County SPCA, 3159 N. Susquehanna Trail, York, PA 17406.
