Melvin Lee Bloecher, 65, passed away on October 27, 2025 at St Vincent Hospital in Titletown - Green Bay, Wisconsin.
He was born on October 12, 1960 to Lyle and Marion "Sally" (Eckstein) Bloecher in Wausau, Wisconsin.
Melvin grew up in Wittenberg, Wisconsin and worked on a family dairy farm. After farming, he worked in metal fabrication, as a welder, in maintenance, did excavation work, and was a truck driver.
He was married to Cynthia Kurszewski for 19 years and they made their home in Elderon, Wisconsin. They raised two sons. Melvin enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, polka and ballroom dancing. He liked riding motorcycles. He lived in Alaska for some time with his youngest son, hiked mountains, retrieved a moose, and caught a state trophy ling cod. He was a proud shareholder of the Green Bay Packers. Above all, he cherished spending time with his boys.
Melvin is survived by his two loving Sons, Matthew Bloecher and his wife, Terra, and Patrick Bloecher, his wife Michelle, and three grandchildren. He is also survived by his mother Marion Eckstein, two brothers, Lesley and Jack, and two sisters, Gloria and Lynn.
He was preceded in death by his father, Lyle W Bloecher.
