Services for Mel will be held on Monday and Tuesday, September 23-24, 2024 at St. Philip Neri Catholic Church, 3100 Van Buren Street, Alameda, CA 94501.
Monday, September 23, 2024: Viewing / Vigil - 4:00PM - 8:00PM
Tuesday, September 24, 2024: Funeral Mass - 11:00AM - 12:00PM
Burial will follow from 1:00PM - 1:30PM at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, 26320 Mission Blvd, Hayward, CA 94544.
In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the American Heart Association in Mel's name.
To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.

I met Melvin 2 years ago in the San Leandro office. He always had a smile, so friendly and extremely helpful. He used to tease me a lot about what did I break, since he was a tech guy, I always would look to him for help. My deepest condolences to the family. Melvin will truly be missed, he was such a wonderful person.
