Memphis Rain Swartzentruber, 1 year and 10 months, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Sunday September 7, 2025, at her home.

She was born on November 2, 2023, to Vernon and Jessica (Hochstetler) Swartzentruber.

Memphis is preceded in death by her great- grandfathers, Alvin Jay Swartzentruber, Ernest D. Wagler, Noah Yoder, and Uncle Austin Swartzentruber.

Memphis is survived by her parents, Vernon and Jessica Swartzentruber, her grandparents, Norman and Dorcas Swartzentruber, Dave and Virginia Hochstetler, great- grandparents; Lorene Swartzentruber, Lydia (Henry) Graber, Susan Yoder, Mervin (Lulu) Hochstetler, Aunts and Uncles; Corey (Hannah) Swartzentruber, Sharon Swartzentruber, Matthew (Sydney), Tyson (Paige Cavins) Swartzentruber, Brandon Swartzentruber, Caleb Swartzentruber, Tyler (Sharolyn) Hochstetler, Tiffany Hochstetler, Collin Hochstetler, Courtney Hochstetler, and 9 cousins.

A funeral service will be held on Tuesday September 9, 2025, at 3:00 P.M at Pleasant View Mennonite Church with Glenn Wagler to officiate. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Visitation will be held on Monday September 8, 2025, from 4:00 P.M until 8:00 P.M and again on Tuesday afternoon from 2:00 P.M until the time of service all at church.
