Mercedes Marie Emmer

Mercedes Marie Emmer, 29, of Williamsport, passed away unexpectedly on March 21, 2026.

She was the loving fiance of Brandon Snyder and mother to Delilah Kathryn Kahn, Michael Vincent Emmer, Julia Marie Emmer, and Liberty May Snyder. Her memory is cherished by her parents, mother, Julie Marie (Catino) Emmer, fiance of Mercede's step-father, William Brown, and father, Scott Earl Emmer; her maternal grandparents, Joan Kathryn Hollis, wife of William M. Brown, and Ernest Joseph Catino; her paternal grandparents, Walter L. and Cheryl Emmer; her step-grandmother, Bobbi Mills; an aunt, Sheri Emmer; her sisters, Tasha Lynn Tracey, wife of Zack Tracey, and Elizabeth Virginia Emmer, fiance of Jordan Baker; her niece, Harper May Tracey; her nephew, Onyx Vince Catino; her aunts: Lisa Blumingfeld; Danielle Hurley, widow of Eddie Hurley; and Melissa Mills; and her uncle, Daniel Mills.

Mercedes was a joy and a blessing to her family. Her bright personality lit up every room and her gift of gab made it very easy for her to connect with people. She was very compassionate and enjoyed helping others whenever possible. As a teenager, Mercedes enjoyed volunteering at the preschool at Glad Tidings Preschool.

She was part of the Conrad Weiser Class of 2015, and she attended cosmetology school. She enjoyed helping others look their best and feel beautiful.
