It was a different world on January 3, 2008—a cold Thursday morning when the universe exchanged bright colors through its rays, celebrating the beginning of life for Micah Jordan Williams. He was born at Langley Air Force Base, Virginia.

Micah traveled through Virginia, Georgia, and Maryland, where the pieces of his puzzle began forming during his early education years. Central Special School in Edgewater, Maryland, became Micah’s final destination for exploring his education. During that journey, he was blessed with five amazing therapists—Craig Latimer, Jonathan Harper, Heather DeMarr, Chrsitopher Koenig, and Maureen Kelley—each of whom loved Micah’s uniqueness and spontaneous, charismatic ways.

Micah was a bright light who taught us that the world is more beautiful when seen through a different, unique lens. Micah’s love, affection, caring ways, and contagious, humongous bright smile captured everyone’s heart. Though his time was short, Micah’s ability to love without restriction left an indelible mark on all who knew him.

Micah loved the water, airplanes, race cars, Tom and Jerry, rock music, symphony music, guitars, the Smithsonian Channel, go-karting, and jumping on trampolines. He was a genius with technology and fascinated with heights. The brotherly bond that Micah and Landon shared was indescribable. Micah enjoyed spending quality time reading, watching TV, swimming, conversating, and wrestling with his brother. Their love was unmatched and beautiful.

Micah leaves his puzzle to be cherished by his courageous mother, Jasman Riddick; father, Donald Williams Jr., and step father, David Riddick; three brothers, Antonio Riddick, Landon Williams, and Dakari Riddick; three sisters, Danica Riddick, Brianna Williams, and Keniyah Williams; maternal grandmother, Mrs. Jacqueline H. Smith; paternal grandmothers, Mrs. Jacqueline M. Woods and Mrs. Tonya Mitchell; three aunts, Latrevial Mitchell, Ladonya Mitchell, and Latoya Mitchell “Davis”; one uncle, Brandon Mike; godparents, Mr. Cameron and Mrs. Shanetta Hendrix, Ms. Shermika Harris, and Ms. Shaila Hendrix; three special aunties, Ms. Shalonca Hendrix, Ms. Natashia Hendrix, and Ms. Patricia Chatman; one special uncle, Craig Holland and a host of many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
