In Loving Memory of Michael A. Absi, Jr.
Michael A. Absi, Jr., born on October 22, 1986, in Providence, Rhode Island, left this world peacefully on December 9, 2025, surrounded by his loving family. He was a precious son, grandson, brother, nephew, and cousin whose spirit touched the hearts of many.
Michael was the cherished son of Michael A. Absi and his wife Barbara, and also the beloved son of Toniann Absi and Don Werner. He is survived by his grandmothers, Ann A. Absi and Mary A. Rossi, and his grandfathers, Anthony L. Rossi, Sr., and the late Herbert Absi. He is also warmly remembered by his sisters, Amber-Lee Joyce and her husband John, and Brittany Marie Prescott and her husband John, who held a special place for their beloved brother "Mikey" .
His family was further enriched by the presence of his aunts and uncles, including Loriann Absi and Stephen Calabrese, Russell Absi, Anita Absi, Annmarie Sion and herhusband Greg, as well as Anthony Rossi, Jr. and Colleen Dunn. Additionally, he leaves behind numerous cousins and extended family members who will carry his memory forward.
The love and connection Michael shared with his family were evident in every moment they spent together. His warm smile and gentle spirit will forever be etched in their hearts.
Though Michael's earthly journey has come to an end, he is now at peace, resting in the arms of God. As his family reflects on the joys they shared, they find comfort in knowing that his spirit will live on in their memories and stories.
Michael will be truly missed but never forgotten, as he continues to shine brightly in the lives of those who loved him dearly. All of his services are respectfully private.
