Jody R. Nardone 56, of Cranston RI, passed away peacefully after a long
battle with cancer on December 5, 2025, with her loving family by her side. She
was the loving daughter of Allan R. and Susan M. Wilkinson.
Besides her parents, Jody is survived by her sister Jennifer Wilkinson Shepherd,
her brother Jason Wilkinson, and her stepsister Candace Saugy as well as her
nieces and nephews: Kevin, Kylie, Colby, Sedona, and Benjamin. Jody was also
survived by her beloved cat Vivian Francine, who was rescued from Ten Lives Cat
Rescue.
Jody graduated from Pilgrim High School class of '87, she went on to get her
Associates Degree from CCRI. She was an Executive Administrative Assistant for
Zebra Technologies beginning in 2000. Jody was a highly valued employee and
excelled at every aspect of her position, giving her heart and soul every day until
she no longer could, due to illness in 2024. Her job function was far beyond
administrative, Jody was a friend, confidante, and listening ear who took a personal
interest in the lives of all who knew her.
Jody adored her nieces and nephews, and enjoyed spending time with her family,
volunteering for Save The Bay and Ten Lives Cat Rescue, and experimenting with
creative arts. She also enjoyed the simple things in life, such as going on long
drives while listening to music with no destination. Jody was the integral heart of
our family, a constant source of love, guidance, and support who was always there
for us in every season of life.
Visitation will be held on Saturday December 13, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. in
the Barrett & Cotter Funeral Home, 1328 Warwick Avenue, Warwick followed by
a Funeral Service at 1 p.m.
