I worked with Mike at ATS. I still can't believe he's gone. He was an awesome great man. I truly miss him.
He sure loved Sophie! He would show me videos and pictures all the time He would sit at break & lunch and watch her videos and I could hear him laughing. I would holler I bet that's Sophie!
I got a jeep wrangler and he said well now I got to get one lol. Not to long later he came in and said come out and let me show you something, I said a jeep he laughed yep. Every time he learned anything new on it he would let me know.
I will always be grateful for his friendship. My condolences & prayers go out to all his family members

After mine and Mikes marriage was over we forged a great friendship. We shared a son, Caleb Andrews and a granddaughter, Sophie Andrews.
Sophie was the second little baby that made Mike light up but he loved them both equally. Great dinners and fun times with Caleb as well as fun days swimming at my house with Sophie. The loss of Mike leaves a hole in all of our hearts, he loved so deeply.

I´ve known Mike for over 10 years after getting married to Stephanie in 2013. During that time Mike and I became good friends and shared many great memories centered around his beloved granddaughter Sophie, who was truly the shining light in his life. Sophie loved her "PePaw" and always filled him with joy and love. Like Mike, I preferred having a private life that provided us with the opportunity to have great conversation and memories to share. Mike was a good man and those of us involved in his life will miss his character and company. My condolences go out to all his family members and others that knew him. RIP Mike. You were a good man.

The last time Mike and Sophie were together, they sat in the floor in front of her Barbie Dream house and made Barbie stories with her many Barbie people. She was the light of his life. Caleb loved seeing them play together. So precious. He leaves a vacuum in the heart of those who loved him.
