Michael Willard Bawden

Michael Willard Bawden was born on February 26, 1943, in Salt Lake City, Utah to Marwood (Mike) and Beverly Bawden, he was the oldest of four boys.

On May 8, 1964, he married Pamela Lofgran in the Salt Lake Temple.

On September 8, 2024, he peacefully left this world after a short battle with cancer and then was reunited with many loved ones who have passed on before.

He is survived by his sweetheart of 60 Years, Pamela Lofgran Bawden, children; Scott and wife Michelle, Lisa and husband Mike, wife of Mark, Merianne, Julie and husband Gary, 13 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; 3 brothers and their wives, Dennis and Joyce, Timothy and Joana, Terry and Rhonda; and many nieces and nephews.

In death he was preceded by his son Mark; parents Mike and Beverly Bawden.

Mike lived his life to the fullest. He loved traveling the world with his sweetheart Pam and serving God.

On Thursday, September 12, 2024, a viewing will be held from 5:30 - 6:30 pm at the McDougal Funeral Home, located at 4330 South Redwood Road, Taylorsville, Utah. A funeral will be the same evening from 6:30 - 7:30 pm Interment will be at the Elysian Burial Gardens on Friday, September 13, 2024 10:00 am.
