Dear Linda, Ted, Brandy and Mark,
I was heartbroken to hear today of Michaels passing. I know he fought this disease bravely and even shared his insights to help others. Always a kind soul with the brightest smile. My deepest sympathies to you and his family.

Dear Lorie and family,
We were very saddened to hear of Michael's passing and our thoughts and prayers are with you during this most difficult time.
Michael faced a tough battle and put up a good fight. He inspired so many people through his blog, sharing his journey, his humor, his love for his family, his beloved dogs (especially Humphrey) and life itself!
The world was enriched by Michael's presence and lucky to have him in it for as long as it did.
We here at Relmada Therapeutics will miss him dearly.

Dear Lorie ,girls and of course Humphrey.
I became Michaels twitter friend two years ago. He was such an inspiration . Although I never met him in person he made a huge impact on me as I was going through an awful time. Sadly I have also endured loss and understand first hand what you are experiencing.
Try and find peace in the memories and hold Humphrey tight.
Also know that I will continue Michaels crusade of encouraging HPV vaccine s.
Sending our love,
Lisa and Gidget

Lorie, Rose and Megan I am so deeply saddened by your loss. Michaels diagnosis preceded mine by exactly a year and I have looked to him for guidance on moving forward with grace and purpose. His example has emboldened me to become an advocate for vaccination in my community even as I will eventually succumb. May his memory be a blessing.

Becker Family,
We cant thank Michael enough for his insight and willingness to share his journey. We found his blog after receiving the identical cancer diagnosis in September of 2018. I finished my treatments in December and am just at my six month scan and now tracking multiple nodules in my lungs and liver. I have two children, 18 & 20. This is scary stuff even for a tough acting professional firefighter like me. Your loved one has been my Hero these last many months. His candor, humor and enlightenment he provided has helped us out more than we can ever express. Having this in common with a man I never met and hoping and praying for a family I do not know is new to me. Your loved ones wisdom helped us out beyond measure.
Thank you for sharing a little bit of Michael with the other young families out there like mine.
God Bless

Dear Lorie,
I am a complete stranger that followed Michael on Twitter as well as his blog, after reading his book. How selfless of him to share his cancer journey as well as becoming a strong advocate for the HPV vaccine. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. Please give Humphrey a hug for me. I know he gave your husband great comfort.

We are so sad to hear the news. Michael came to speak to our team at GCI Health. He was so inspiring. To this day, many of us talk about Michael and his journey. He even convinced some parents who were "on the fence" about the HPV vaccine to get it. He changed lives, with humor, with dignity, with a smile and a lasting impression. He will be missed. The GCI Health family sends its sincere sympathies and is making a donation to MSK in his name. Kim Hobbs
