Michael Joseph Bennett

Michael Joseph Bennett (Mike), 61, of Fort Lauderdale Florida passed away on January 31st, 2026 in Ocala, Florida where he made his forever home.

Mike was born in Miami, Florida to Randy and Sandra Bennett on October 7th, 1964. He worked for Unifirst Corporation for 26 years. He enjoyed red fish fishing in the Gulf, NASCAR racing, golfing, football, and was a member of the Moose Club 1199 of Silver Springs Shores. Mike's greatest achievement was that he was the most likeable and loveable person you could ever have met. We are lucky to have known and loved him.

Mike is survived by his wife of 29 years, Celina Bennett, of Ocala, Florida, brother Raymond Bennett, son Joseph Fuller and his wife Ashley, stepsons Marshall Ray Pearson Jr. (M.J) and his wife Jessica, Nicholas (Nic) Pearson, in-laws Theo and Judy Blasingame, in-laws Bill and Kathy Wilkins, brother in law Jeff Wilkins, uncle Jack and aunt Terry Bennett, and his best friend of 45 years Mike Polizzi and his family, grandchildren Levi Fuller, Trenton Pearson, Dalton Pearson, Lexi Pearson and Nathaniel Pearson. They will forever love and miss their "Pop-Pop".

Mike is preceded in death by his father Randy Bennett and his mother Sandra Surnear

I wish I could name everyone who loved Mike, however, that would be a never-ending story.

Mike was forever loved by many and will be forever missed by many.

A Celebration of Life will be held at the Moose Club 1199, 7165 SE Maricamp Rd Ocala, FL 34472. Date and time to be announced.
