Michael Lane Blevins

Michael Lane Blevins, 69, passed away peacefully on Friday, June 17, 2022 at his home in Yukon, OK, surrounded by his loving family. He was born on November 11, 1952, in Geary, OK, a son of the late Dale R. Blevins and Joy (Fancher) Timmons.
A graduate of Hennessey High School, he then attended Oklahoma State University, graduating in 1975 with a business degree. Michael then embarked on his professional career as a Chemical Engineer in the petroleum industry. He was a member of Trinity Bible Church in Oklahoma City, OK.
In addition to his parents, Michael was also preceded in death by his son, Brandon Blevins; brother, Jerry Blevins, and sisters, Sharon Lacquement and Janice Rumsey.
He is survived by his wife, Vicki Blevins; daughters: Melissa Blevins and Merchant Raines, Amanda Luckie and husband Jesse and Tessa Newcomb and husband Lashaun; grandchildren: Addison Luckie, Layla Nickerson, Kaleb and Jaxon Blevins and Devan and Roxi Newcomb; brother, Steve Blevins and wife Elaine; sister, Andrea Porter and husband Ken, as well as numerous nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends.
Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
Viewing will be held 10:00 a.m. 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 21, 2022 at the funeral home. Celebration of life services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, June 22, at the Yanda & Son Funeral Home Chapel, with interment following at the Yukon Cemetery.
