Michael Britton Brock, 74, of Hot Springs, passed away at home, July 25th after a long battle with dementia. He was born April 1st, 1951 in Auburn, Alabama to the late Edsel and Martha Brock.

He was preceded in death by his parents and younger brother David Brock.

Survivors include his loving wife, Lorita Brock, his three children, Jessica (Mike) Pitts, Max (Jill) Brock, and Kelsey (Ronnie) Victory. Three grandchildren, Dalton (Jenna) Pitts, Hannah Pitts, and Johnny (Jessica) Victory. One great-grandchild, Aubrey Victory.

He was a Master Sergeant in the United States AirForce. While in there he was known as Mike "the bear" Brock in fast pitch softball where he was a pitcher. Once he left the AirForce, he went on to work for EMJ Steel Tubing Company as a warehouse manager. Later on he went to work at FedEx Freight as a supervisor until retirement. He was an avid golfer with his best friend Danny Henry. Along with that he enjoyed living on the lake where loved to fish and swim with his grandkids. Mike was a member of Hot Springs Baptist Church and attended Geurin Sunday School Class.

A Memorial Service will be held August 15th, 2025 at Hot Springs Baptist Church at 5:00 p.m.

Officiants will be Brother Mike Smith and Brother Manley Beasley. The family would like to express their greatest thanks to Gentiva Hospice, especially Pam, Nakiyha, Charly, Summer, Felicia, and Brian.
