Michael Vincent Brodigan

Michael Vincent Brodigan passed away in San Diego, CA on November 6, 2023. He was 71 years old. Michael was born in Portsmouth, VA to Harold & Barbara Brodigan on October 10, 1952. Michael and his family moved around the country following his father's Naval Career, eventually landing in San Diego.
After attending college, Michael worked for Safeway/Vons in the grocery industry for more than 43 years. It was at Safeway where he met the love of his life, Susan. Michael really loved the time he spent with his son Ryan on their many baseball adventures. Later they would chase that ultimate hard to find craft beer. He enjoyed watching football and other sports with his family and friends where his advice was always valued. Michael would often be seen in the early morning spending time with man's best friend, his pal Boomer! He was all in as a husband and a father, salt of the earth with a gentleman's touch. He was a skilled and avid golfer who always made his friends smile. He was loved and will be missed by all.
He is survived by his wife Susan of San Diego, CA; son Ryan Brodigan of Escondido, CA; sisters Suzanne Higgins of Arleta, CA and Nanette Sullins of Seattle, WA and many extended family and friends.
A private graveside service will be held for the family at Holy Cross Cemetery in San Diego on Tuesday, November 14 th, 2023.
