Michael R Brumley

Michael R. Brumley, age 44, was born on August 02, 1981, in Ellensburg, Washington, to June and Jeff Brumley. He grew up in Colfax and Spangle, Washington. In December 2005, he met his wife, Tracy. Married in August of 2007, Michael and Tracy started their family with the birth of their oldest daughter, Jesse, in 2009, followed by their second daughter, Cheyenne, in 2015. He was an incredible "girl Dad," his family being a top priority. Enjoying close to 20 years together, he passed on February 16, 2026.

Michael was a very big man with an even bigger heart. Being a stay a stay-at-home father due to a back injury turned into a blessing. He loved being able to take his girls to all their sports and school events. He was proud to be a member and president of the Spangle Service Club. Helping his community anyway he could.

Michael went to college, earning a degree as a Heavy Diesel Mechanic. He loved working on cars as long as it was not his. He was an avid fan of NASCAR (Dale Earndhart), the Seattle Seahawks, tattoos, and music from bluegrass to rock and roll. He had many hobbies: guns, hunting, fishing, farming, and just hanging out and bullshitting. Michael loved to create works of art with his leatherworking skills. He loved family and friends and was a man of many talents. Always making sure his family had everything they could want or need. No matter what the future holds, he will always remain in our Hearts.

Michael's passing unexpectedly left behind his wife of 18 years, Tracy, his 2 daughters, Jesse and Cheyenne. His parents, June and Jeff; Brother Justin (Sarah), sister Jennifer (Anthony), Grandparents, Virgil and Virgie, and 4 nieces,1 nephew.

A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, March 8, 2026, at 10:30 am at Cheney Funeral Chapel, with a gathering to be held at the Spangle Service Club following the service.
