Michael Bunner Obituary
Born in Washington, PA to the late Bernard Franklin Bunner and Mary Ellen Davis Harris (Stuart). Michael proudly served his country during Vietnam-Era conflict in Korea with the U.S. Army as a member of the military police. After his honorable discharge from the U.S. Army, he graduated from Waynesburg University with an accounting degree. Michael pursued many professional endeavors during his life, but most notable was his long-term banking career with Wells Fargo Corporate in Charlotte, NC where he retired in 2013.
Michael is survived by his children, Ann Brown (Adam) and John Bunner (Erin); grandchildren, Aiden Brown, Ella and Nolan Bunner; brothers Scott and BJ Bunner (Christina); sisters, Lisa Rogers (Kevin), and Suzanne Lydon (Robert).
In addition to his parents, Michael was preceded in death by his beloved brother, Christopher Lon Bunner and his granddaughter, Lilyanna Grayce Brown.
The family will be at their respective homes.
No services are planned at this time, and he will be laid to rest at M.J. "Dolly" Cooper VA Cemetery in Anderson, SC with Military Honors.
