Michael Cockrell

Michael Cockrell passed from this life on May 6, 2025, at the age of 42, in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Michael was born on August 30, 1982, in Duncan, Oklahoma he was the son of Eugene Chain and Virginia Kidd. Michael grew up and attended school in Cleveland where he began his education. Following the completion of his education Michael joined the United States Army on May 5, 2001. Michael served his country in Iraq and several other places in the Middle East. Michael returned for the United States and was honorably discharged on April 29, 2008. Michael moved to Claremore and gained employment with Taylor Industries.

Michael always enjoyed time with his family and playing the guitar.

Survivors are his wife Victoria Parks, six children Stephan Cockrell, Maeson Cockrell, Dyllion Cockrell, Joe Cockrell, Jr., Janielynn Cockrell, Julianne Cockrell, five bonus children Nikolas Thompson, Journi Giabbai, Leah Giabbai, Wylie Reese, Evelin Lankford, two sisters Donya McCobb, Charlotte Alexander, two granddaughters Emberlyn and Lenora and a host of other relatives and friends. Michael was preceded in death by his father Eugene Chain and Virginia Kidd.
