Michael Wayne Cofflin, 64, of Lynchburg, VA, fought the good fight against Cancer. He was born on September 8, 1960, and died on Tuesday, March 4, 2025. He was born an only child to Doris Pillow Cofflin and Melvin “Red” Cofflin.

Mike’s early years were filled with the one thing that he enjoyed throughout his life, Bowling. He was predeceased by his parents. He is survived by his aunt, Peggy Floyd of Madison Heights as well as his many friends.

A memorial service to honor Mike’s life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 22, 2025, in the chapel of Tharp Funeral Home, Lynchburg with Pastor Mike Dodson, officiating. The family will receive friends for one hour following the service.
