Michael Como Obituary
Michael Como, age 51, of North Mankato, died on December 23, 2023.
Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, December 30, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. at Messiah Lutheran Church, North Mankato. Visitation will be Friday, December 29 from 4:00-7:00 p.m. at Northview-North Mankato Mortuary and will continue one hour prior to the service at church. Memorials are preferred to Huntington’s Disease Society of America or the donor’s choice.
Mike was born on August 25, 1972 in Denver, CO to Dean and Susan (Welch) Como. He graduated from Mankato West High School in 1990. He played baseball and hockey throughout high school and then played softball in later years. Mike worked for Corchran Inc. for 17 years. Mike loved hunting waterfowl and pheasants and enjoyed fishing.
Mike is survived by three children, Blake, Avery, and Charlotte; mother, Sue; brother, Jamie (Brittni); and niece DruAnn. He was preceded in death by his dad, Dean; and grandparents.
Mike’s family would like to thank the staff at Oak Terrace Assisted Living and St. Croix Hospice for the wonderful care they provided.
