Mike was born on August 3, 1953, in Lufkin, Texas, to the late Edward Lee Conner and Doris (Brannen) Conner, and died Friday, January 12, 2024, at his residence.
Mike loved NASCAR and the Dallas Cowboys. He was a founding member of the Neches River Boys Club.
Mike is survived by his wife, Lois Conner; son and daughter-in-law, Chris and Melissa Conner; daughter, Sarah Hodges; son Brian Warner and Shelly Doss; grandchildren, Nikki, Kaci, McKenna, Caden, Skyler, Brayden, Conner, Kenzie, Brianna, and Savannah; brothers, Don Wier and wife Robbie, and Bill Wier and wife Janie; and sister, Cheryl and Stephanie Conner-Hamilton.
He was preceded in death by his parents.

When arriving at the Holcomb Reunion back in the day I always looked for the Conners Aunt Doris, Uncle Edward Lee, Cheryl and Mike. Mike was quite the character and full of mischief. My sincere sympathies to the families for the loss of this dear man. May he rest in peace and may the memories you made with him comfort you through this difficult time.
