Michael Allan Considder (10/27/1959 - 10/22/2025)
Mike, was the beloved husband of Marge since 04/09/2005, and father of Bryan Considder (Jessica) and Rachel Considder Ruby (Brent). He was also a good and supportive step-father to Marge's children Scott Monte (Giselle), Brian Monte (Jaime) and Rayette Monte Koryta (Mike). He absolutely loved his grandchildren Kayden Considder (6) and Hayden Koryta (8), and young adult grandchildren Aiden and Grayson Monte, Emily and Abby Clark, and Nash Koryta.
Mike's parents, Tom and Betty Considder are deceased along with his brother Todd, and his baby sister Susan Marie.
Life and Birthday Party for Mike will be on Wednesday, October 29th from 5 pm to 7pm at Delaney's (Chase Inn), 8702 Mentor Ave., Mentor Ohio with Beer (MGD) and Burgers. Casual dress.
Mike was born in Warren, Ohio, and was both a cub scout and boy scout. He played little league and was on an All Star on the baseball team. He also played the saxophone in the band. He and Todd graduated from Southington High school and both attended HVAC Trade School. Both Mike's grandfather and father were involved in construction and farming. So it is not surprising that Mike at an early age gained insight that increased over the years about cycles, tractors, snowmobiles, cars most anything with a motor. He rode, played with, repaired, redesigned and mastered them along with the "art of painting" all the" toys" he owned. His pole barn, garage, and sheds were filled with some of his most prized possessions.
His career was in Manufacturing and Sales of Specialized Industrial HVAC equipment. Because of his dedication to his family, he was always a loyal and steadfast employee.
He spent 25 years (1980-2005) at Lintern Corporation in Mentor, Ohio. Then 18 years (2005-2023) at Nordic Air then HDT Inc. specializing in Industrial HVAC equipment for the Steel Mills, Aluminum Smelters, Cement Plants, Paper Mills and the Mining industries. He was a Service Technician, QC and Plant Manager, then to Application Engineering, and Domestic and International Sales and Technical Sales and Production Support Specialist. He traveled throughout the U.S., Europe through England, France, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Slovenia and Germany. Up to Canada, then down to Mexico, and South America in Argentina, Chile, and Brazil and Venezuela sharing his knowledge and skill in keeping the personnel working in the Cranes and Control Rooms.
It is no secret to anyone who knew Mike that he liked his MGD and joining his buddies at the local bar. He loved walking the beaches of the oceans during his other country visits with Marge and sitting outside and looking at the stars. He loved a good hamburger and steaks that he grilled on the patio and riding his cycle.
But more than anything his commitment was to his Marge and his total family. That lasting commitment that was characterized by a mutual respect, sacrifice and a willingness to prioritize their well being and happiness. On that day 20 years ago, they stood together and looked forward to "all our todays and all our tomorrows".
He was One of the Good Ones.
