Michael Roscoe Crisp Jr., age 51, passed away on October 23, 2024. He was born on April 8, 1973. He is preceded in death by his parents, Michael Roscoe Crisp Sr. and Ruth Ione (Dunn) Crisp. He is survived by his sister, Shella Mann; nieces, Sheralyn Dunn, Shaelyn Leeson, Alasia Mann, and Alana Mann; daughters, Courtney Gannon (JD) and Mackenzie Young (Chris); grandkids, James, Reign, River, Jack, and Rilea, these grandbabies were his life and he loved spending time with them; best friend Ronnie Adkins; many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends too many to list. Mike's profession was a roofer where he earned the name Roof Dogg. Mike would walk across these roofs like a cat; the steeper the roof the better. Some say Mike had 9 lives and cheated death several times. His sister said he had 9 lives times 10 because he took everyone else's cats. He loved his cartoons, Sanford and Sons and his pastime was coloring. Mike was a beast at playing football, basketball, and baseball. Besides sports he was also known for his long eyelashes. He drove all the girls crazy. He was definitely a lady's man all his life. Mike had the very best heart of gold; always smiling. He left a lasting memory on each and everyone he came across in life. He will be missed and loved by all. Friends may call at the NEWCOMER SOUTHWEST CHAPEL 3393 Broadway, Grove City, Ohio 43123 on Monday, November 4, 2024 from 2:00pm to 4:00pm and 6:00pm to 8:00pm, where funeral services will then be held on Tuesday, November 5, 2024 at 12:30pm. Interment to follow at Green Lawn Cemetery.
