Michael J. Davis, 67, of Zanesfield, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, January 18, 2026, at his home. He was born in Columbus, Ohio, on January 26, 1959, to the late Donald and Mary Ann (Straley) Davis. He is also preceded in death by his sister, Donna Campbell.
He is survived by his daughters: Amanda Riffle and Aaron (Ryan) Chumley; grandchildren: Olivia, Whitney, Wesley, Kylie, Grace, Savannah, and Kory; great grandchildren: Leo, Jack, Rowan, and Landen; his siblings: Jeanette Griffin, Robin (Pat) Nelson, Vicky (Glenn) Goble; nieces and nephews: Michelle, Elizabeth, Justin, Jimmy, Dallas, Holly, Tonya, Tamara, and Tiffany;
Mike was a man of simple pleasures. He found joy in playing his guitar, hunting, fishing, and the art of taxidermy. He will be deeply missed.
He will be cremated and there will be no services at this time.
