Michael J. DelVecchio, Jr., 82, formerly of Woodbridge, VA, of Country Meadows, Wyomissing; passed away Friday, November 14, 2025 in Country Meadows. He was the husband of Joyce E. (Boone) DelVecchio. They were married November 30, 1963 and celebrated 61 years of marriage.

Born in Catskill, NY, he was the son of the late Michael J. DelVecchio, Sr., and Eleanor M. (Doll) DelVecchio. He graduated from Catskill Senior High School in 1961; and later received an Associate's Degree from Mohawk Vally Community College; and then earned a Bachelor's degree from Cortland State University. Michael worked as a Tech Writer for GE and NCR in his career; and last worked for the Department of Homeland Security; but was currently retired. He enjoyed shooting and hunting; and was a dedicated member of the VFW where he was a life member; and The Boy Scounts of America.

He is survived by two sons: Timothy H., husband of Sandra C. (Carson) DelVecchio, Blandon, and Kevin M. DelVecchio, husband of Jill, Fredericksburg, VA; and a daughter: Karen L. (DelVecchio) Livingston, wife of Joseph, Fairfax. He is also survived by six grandchildren: Ryan, Christopher, Mackenzie, Adam, Caedmon, Avery, and nine great-grandchildren; and a brother: Joseph R. DelVecchio. He was predeceased by a grandson: Timothy DelVecchio.
