Michael leaves behind one daughter, Dusty Dennis (Dawn Barrow) of Louisville, Kentucky; one step-son, Dennis Steffey (Dana) of Harrodsburg, Kentucky; one granddaughter, Faith Steffey of Lexington; one brother, Brian Dennis (Karen) of Lexington; and one sister, Tonya Dennis Roach of California.
Michael was preceded in death by his wife and parents.
A Private Graveside Service will be held Tuesday, September 16, 2025, at Camp Nelson National Cemetery. Burial will follow the service.
Fox & Friend Funeral Home, Stanford, Kentucky, is entrusted with Michael's arrangements. Guest Book at www.friendfuneralhomes.com.
